Job Title: HR Administrator (Charity)


Contract Type: Permanent


Salary: £18,800 - £20,700 DOE (35 hours per week)


Location: Leeds City Centre


Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Based


Start: ASAP

The company we're recruiting for is a charity business who, due to demands, now require a HR Administrator to join their busy and friendly team.


As HR Administrator, you'll have previous experience in HR and be able to comfortably hit the ground running by assisting with recruitment, onboarding, setting up new starters as well as gaining references along with other duties as required.

Within your new role as HR Administrator, you will be responsible for:



  • Assisting with Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Generating new starter paperwork

  • Conducting background checks

  • Providing general administrative support



Skills/experience required for this position:



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • The ability to adapt and work flexibly with changing work demands and tasks

  • Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems

  • Passionate about HR with real vision to make a difference
