Job Title: HR Administrator (Charity)


Contract Type: Temp to Perm (must be immediately available)


Salary: £10.36 per hour (35 hours per week)


Location: Leeds City Centre


Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Based


Start: ASAP

The company we're recruiting for is a charity business who, due to demands, now require a HR Administrator. They want to offer a temporary contract initially to ensure that it meets expectations before then being able to discuss the permanent opportunity with you.


As a HR Administrator, you'll be assisting with recruitment, onboarding, setting up new starters as well as gaining references along with other duties as required. It's a brilliant grounding to set off your new career in HR.



The best part is that you don't need any previous HR experience for this role! It's all about the passion for HR that you have and your willingness to learn. This means that this role is open to graduates of HR/Business/People Management etc, those with a Level 3 CIPD who are looking for their first role in HR and anyone else who has the drive to be in this industry.

Within your new role as HR Administrator, you will be responsible for:



  • Assisting with Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Generating new starter paperwork

  • Conducting background checks

  • Providing general administrative support



Skills/experience required for this position:



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • The ability to adapt and work flexibly with changing work demands and tasks

  • Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems

  • Passionate about HR with real vision to make a difference
