Office Angels are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator for our client based in Bracknell.



Role: HR Administrator



Location: Bracknell



Salary: £25,000 to £28,000 per annum



This role is hybrid. For the first few weeks you will be required to attend the office every day. Once training is complete, you will then have the option to follow a hybrid working pattern.



The Role:



As Human Resources Administrator, you will assist with the full employee lifecycle and work closely with payroll and any administration around employee benefits. You will work with the wider HR team, and you'll be supporting multiple countries across a region.




  • Assist with on-boarding of new hires and transfers

  • Drawing up employment contracts.

  • Assist with background checks applicable to the county of the job role

  • Collect required employee documents in compliance with applicable legal requirements of the country of hire

  • Update and maintain human resource information system records

  • Maintain personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements

  • Process and verify that new hire paperwork is completed correctly

  • Partner with third party benefit providers on renewals and any relevant administration

  • Process monthly billings from various vendors, including reviewing for accuracy, and resolve any discrepancies

  • Support HR Managers and partners as required

  • Carry out any other ad hoc duties, as required



The ideal candidate:




  • Previous administration experience would be beneficial

  • Strong written and communication skills

  • A good team player, who can also work independently

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Highly organised

  • Results driven
