JOB TITLE: Temporary HR Administrator

COMPANY: Award Winning Tech Company

HOURS: 9.00am-17:00pm

START:Monday 11th October

CONTRACT: 6 months - a year

PAY RATE: Up to £13 p/hr

What will your week look like?

  • Maintaining, administrating and enforcing a full global Travel and Expense system

  • Providing support and being the main point of contract for both Travel and Expenses globally

  • Approving and assisting with booking travel as and when required.

  • Maintaining employee records, new starters, leavers and any additions to the pension or health care scheme

  • Liaise with payroll provider to complete monthly payroll in time for payroll cut off

  • Support with HR queries and any other administration tasks as directed by the HR Director (European based)

  • Building and maintaining a good relationship to those who are site based and being part of the Site Senior Management Team

  • Complete the yearly renewals of insurances

  • General office admin which includes being responsible for archive documents and shipping

  • Supporting finance with invoice booking and supplier statement reconciliation

Preferable Requirements:

  • High levels of attention to detail

  • Experience of HR Admin at a minimum but does not require full HR experience

  • Confident working with all levels of seniority in a multiple cultural environment

  • Works well under pressure and deadlines

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Remain professional and ensure high levels of confidentiality at all times

  • Strong administration skills

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships

  • Good written and verbal communication and people skills - ability to communicate across all areas of business.

  • Well organised, able to work on own initiative and organise time and work, ability to multi-task.
