HR Administrator / Advisor - Immediate Start

JOB TITLE: HR Administrator / Advisor


HOURS: 35 Hours

SHIFTS: 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday Working From Home Initially

SALARY: £11-£16 per hour D.O.E

Our rapidly growing client is looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to come on board on a temporary basis. This is an all-round HR position and needs a hands-on professional who can use their initiative and work both independently and in a team. Working from home you will be working in a busy team and happy to get stuck in and hit the ground running.

This role is covering sickness and the length of assignment is around 6 weeks but subject to change.

Role Responsibility:

  • Contract amendments

  • Shortlisting CVs to send to hiring managers

  • Administration surrounding consultation processes

  • Dealing with overseas recruitment administration such as visas, hotel arrangements, immigration

  • Chasing hiring managers for updates

  • Posting adverts

  • Keeping new starter trackers up to date

The Ideal Candidate:

  • All round HR administration experience, this position would suit someone a solid HR Administrator on the cusp of Advisor level

  • Confident, happy to chase hiring managers for information and job descriptions to get roles moving

  • Able to work in a fast paced, busy environment and get stuck with all aspects of the recruitment cycle

  • Available immediately

  • IT literate in Microsoft packages
