HR Administrator 6-month FTC

A fantastic opportunity for an accomplished administrator to support a HR team through a period of growth. Initially employed on a 6-month fixed term contract basis, there is potential for this to lead to a permanent role for the right candidate. This role will be based at a forward-thinking, dynamic business based in West Hull with agile working and other amazing benefits.

The role:

  • Assist team of HR and Recruitment professionals with day-to-day administrative tasks

  • Process new starter paperwork

  • Use in-house HR system and MS Office

  • Assist senior management with any projects they're working on

  • Assist recruitment with organising interviews

  • Aid with paperwork following interview such as offer letters and contracts

  • Assist with HR matters such as grievances, pay reviews, promotions and new hire process

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have a strong background in administration

  • A background in either HR or Recruitment is preferred but not essential

  • Be willing to learn

  • Open to assisting colleagues where necessary

  • Able to learn and pick up new systems and processes quickly

  • Be able to juggle different workloads at one time

  • Be able to work collaboratively and independently

  • Professionalism and ability to act in a confidential matter

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

In return you will be entitled to:
