HR Administrator - 20 hours

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to work 20 hours a week and our client can be flexible when it comes on the days you work, as the HR Administrator you will be part of a small established team working for a well known company which have an excellent reputation working in a relaxed environment


As the HR Administrator your duties are listed below, Sickness and absence monitoring and reporting, Managing the applicant tracking system, Recording, communicating with Line Managers and Payroll, Return to work interviews, Organising absence meetings, taking notes, Recruitment including placing adverts and applicant tracking, New starters + Working with agencies to select candidates through to interviews Right to work checks, Preparing offer letters, Preparing contract and on boarding paperwork, Working with Payroll when Finance team are away, Employee inductions, Initial investigation interviews, taking notes, working with Managers, maintaining HR data bases, Filing and answering the phones, GDPR cleansing ensuring compliance, All HR administration, Monthly reports, Maintaining holiday records plus general admin

To be successful as the HR Administrator we are looking for you to have HR Administration as well as being enthusiastic, friendly, good at time management to be able to meet deadlines, with an attention to detail essential.
