ROLE: HR Administrator - Immediate Start!


LOCATION: Langley, office-based


HOURLY PAY RATE: £12 - 14ph + holiday accrual + Office Angels benefits


HOURS: Monday to Thursday - 8.30am until 5pm. Friday 8.30am- 4.30pm


DURATION: Until July


We are currently supporting a college that is based in Langley.


They are looking for temporary help during a busy period until the end of the academic year. You will work within the HR team supporting with Recruitment coordinating and HR day-to-day duties. You will need to have worked in a similar role before and happy to be based at the college every day.


Duties will include:



  • You will be supporting on all hires, coordinating interviews, and keeping candidates up to date

  • Writing adverts for positions and screening CVs for line managers

  • Managing the business applicant tracker, keeping it up to date through the recruitment process

  • Keeping in contact with candidates over the phone and email

  • Liaising with hiring managers, keeping them up to date on their roles

  • Passing CVs across to hiring managers

  • Booking in interviews and passing feedback to candidates/managers

  • Sending out offer letters and contracts

  • Completing referencing, RTW and DBS checks


Required skills:



  • Previous experience working in an HR role

  • Ability to manage own workload, use initiative & be able to work to deadlines

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Able to start immediately
