Helpdesk Coordinator

The role will be supporting a team of extremely busy engineers on a day to day basis as part of a busy service desk managing calls and arranging Engineer visits to conduct route cause analysis and ideally first time resolution to customer's hardware products. You will manage a high volume of calls as well as via email and working with the customer to best identify the right solution for everyone. You will then manage the Engineers schedules to ensure they can visit the customer in the quickest time frame with minimum disruption and then providing after care support.

The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure in a busy, fast paced environment, have exceptional attention to detail and have strong organisational skills as well as being able to prioritise daily tasks in order of urgency.
