Office Angels are working with a facilities client in London who support health care settings with facilities maintenance and are seeking back office support for a Helpdesk Administrator.

We are seeking a confident experienced candidate to support with a series of tasks.

We have two vacancies, one which is a maternity cover until Feb 2023 and the other vacancy - should you get on well could evolve into a permanent placement.

This is an exciting opportunity to grow with the business and become a valued member of the team.

Role information

Woolwich, London, SE18

  • Pay £11.05 per hour

  • ASAP start

  • Previous Helpdesk experience is required

  • Experience using MS Office programs including Excel

  • This is a fast paced environment so an aptitude for quick learning would be very beneficial.

  • Working hours are with a start between 08:00 - 10:00 and finish between 1700 - 1900

  • 1 hour lunch break

  • Ideally to be local to the area

  • Training will be provided on the CAFM system (Maximo).

  • Monitoring SLA requirements.

  • Candidate will be liaising with various members of the team from Sub-contractors to Service Managers

  • Ensuring customer service is maintained at the highest standard possible
