Health, Safety and Facilities Administrator - Part Time

Hours: Part time 25hrs per week (Mon- Fri)

Salary: up to £18,000 (pro rata)

Start date: ASAP

Location: Central Brighton offices

Office Angels are excited to be partnering a not for profit, highly regarded company in central Brighton and we are on the hunt for an administrator experienced in Health and Safety / facilities administration.

About your new role:

General Administrative tasks to support the H&S and compliance of the head office.

  • Data and compliance tracking for contractors, caters, first aid training, employee car parking, site issues, COSHH, building access etc.

  • Review and update contractor's management system

  • Maintenance checks to remain compliant such as fire extinguisher checks, fire alarm tests, CO2 alarm checks

  • Reception duties

  • Fire Warden/Designated First Aider duties as required

About you:

  • Available immediately

  • Previous Health and Safety administration background

  • Happy to be in the central Brighton office

  • IT literate including Microsoft packages
