Hybrid working, 4 days in the office during training, 2/3 days after


Professional Services Company based near St Katherines Dock is looking to recruit an experienced and dedicated Health & Safety Administrator to join their team.


In this role you will be responsible for supporting the HSE team with health, safety, environmental and security matters.


DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Assisting with Internal and external audits

  • HSE meetings (monthly, quarterly, and annually)

  • Emergency drills and SSAS tests

  • Monthly HSE KPI reporting

  • Administer random and scheduled alcohol testing results

  • Collate, monitor, and report alcohol consumption records

  • Process HSE purchase order and invoices for approval/payment

  • Preparation presentations as required by HSE Manager



SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Some experience within H&S, Auditing or Compliance

  • Strong administration experience

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Proficient in MS Office suite Good organisational skills
