JOB TITLE: Health and Safety Administrator
LOCATION: Bedford
SALARY: £21,000 per annum
HOURS: Monday - Friday 08:30am-5:00pm
BENEFITS: Generous benefits + 25 Days holidays, plus bank holidays

Office Angels are excited to be supporting a highly regarded construction company with their latest recruitment. They are looking for a Health and Safety Administrator to join their fast-paced and friendly team, the role will be office based in Bedford.
DUTIES:
- Ensuring the Excel training matrix for 600+ operatives is updated on a daily basis.
- Sending out CSCS/CPCS reminders
- Assisting in organising and coordinating in-training for site staff.
- Assisting the HSEQT department with all associated administration.
- Help process new starters and induction paperwork. (Company Inductions - Optional)
- Document and file safety paper work.
- Assist with leavers and training charges
- Complete orders for PPE stock and signage
- Assist with company attendance systems
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Someone who has 2 years plus experience within the office environment.
- "Can do" attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Positive attitude.
- Comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment.
- Working to strict deadlines.
- Microsoft proficient
- Able to work independently as part of a team
