Head Receptionist and Supervisor



Salary: £30,000



Location: London Bridge/ Borough

This great company who are one of the UK's biggest hospitality businesses are looking for an efficient and experienced Receptionist to manage their head office reception as well as supervise the office assistant.


Duties:



  • Welcome visitors and ensure they are signed in

  • Answer the switchboard and take accurate messages when needed

  • Coordinate and arrange couriers and deliveries

  • Manage room bookings

  • Ensure the Reception are and boardroom is well stocked and tidy at all times

  • Act as chief fire marshal and first aider

  • Point of contact for cleaners etc

  • Deal and assist with admin requests and emails

  • Ensure office stock levels are always monitored e.g., stationary, coffee/tea

  • Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day work of the Office Assistant

  • File records and create checklists where needed and requested

  • Report to the Office Manager of any issues

  • Adhoc admin/support duties



Requirements:



  • Experience within a similar role

  • Experience of managing

  • Friendly, approachable and welcoming

  • Great communication skills

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Able to work off your own initiative
