JOB TITLE: Head Office Administrator


LOCATION: Northampton NN6


HOURS: Mon-Thurs 8:30am-5:00pm - Friday 8:30-3pm


SALARY: £22,000- £25,000 depending on experience.



Office Angels are excited to be supporting a highly regarded establishment with their latest recruitment. They are looking for a Head Office Administrator to join their team, the role will be office based in Northampton.



Duties:



  • To assist the PA to the CEO with personalised administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.

  • You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the CEO's working and personal life and communication.

  • You will also provide administrative support to other Senior Managers aswell as supporting the Marketing aspect of the business.


Essential:



  • Outstanding written and verbal skills

  • IT literate (Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook)

  • Exceptional Organisational ability

  • Sensitivity and Confidentiality along with confidence of dealing with stakeholders at all levels

  • Full UK Driving Licence as duties include running errands.




Duties/responsibilities:



  • Ad hoc administration duties (to include filing, post, scanning documents, responding to emails, logging annual leave etc.)

  • Travel/Hotel Bookings

  • Management of company mobile phones

  • Management of company cars/vehicles

  • Managing a number of the CEO.s personal affairs

  • Prep for meetings & providing refreshments etc

  • Providing holiday and absence cover for Reception/Telephones

  • Stock management & ordering of branded merchandise/gifts/stationery etc

  • Support with company events - ensuring all materials/event stands are ready/in stock/dispatched/collected etc

  • Support company events/launches/shows/exhibitions etc (national & international)

  • Work with MDs/Head of Departments to gather information for monthly reviews




  • Communicate with HR to get information on job vacancies to update our website & share with social media company

  • Work with Site Managers at different locations to ensure board room displays and materials are installed/updated

  • Arrange Quarterly Leadership Team roadshows/events around each site
