JOB TITLE: Head of Retail | Luxury Brand



LOCATION: Margate with occasional travel to London (travel costs paid for)



HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm



SALARY: £24ph to £27ph



DURATION: 3 Months, possible permanent opportunities

If this sounds like you, then we have an exciting opportunity to join a thriving luxury retail brand with shops in Margate and London as Head of Retail. Although this is initially a 3 month temporary contract, there could be longer term or permanent opportunities for the right person.



The day-to-day duties in your new job would be:



  • Lead and manage the retail managers in both London and Margate.

  • Conduct monthly manager meetings to share P&L statements, best practises, and set goals.

  • Collaborate with HR to ensure timely performance reviews and resolution of HR issues.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa and retail locations, including forecasting, budget management, and inventory control.

  • Establish operational policies and procedures for retail and spa services.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets and drive revenue.

  • Utilise sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Implement promotional activities and upselling techniques to boost sales.



We'd love to speak to candidates who have:



  • Previous experience working for a luxury brand within retail and spa.

  • Proven experience in a senior manager-level role, managing cross-departmental teams in multiple locations is essential.

  • Demonstrated track record of achieving departmental KPIs and sales targets.

  • Ability to create positive working environments and build teams
