Head of Product

OA Executive are pleased to be working in partnership with one of our long-standing clients in their search for a Head of Product. Joining this collaborative and friendly membership organisation, we are looking for someone to join their Product team on a 14 month maternity cover contract.



As the Head of Product, whilst managing a small team of two, you will be responsible for implementing a consistent approach to product management, you will ensure that launches, adoption, retention and revenue targets are met.




  • Implementing product marketing strategy

  • Managing the entire product life cycle of product development from strategic planning right through to implementation

  • Building business cases whilst gaining stakeholder buy-in

  • Delivering features and products that will create the best in class experience for members

  • Taking responsibility for delivering against agreed roadmaps whilst driving a focus on driving sales and revenue as well as retention

  • Taking ownership over setting and delivering against KPIs through data analysis

  • Delivering product demonstrations to members

  • Take responsibility for leading, coaching and motivating a team, implementing frameworks to enable their growth



The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven background within end to end product management where they have taken responsibility for acting as a product owner and leading a team. Ideally you will have worked within a B2B setting, where you have operated within multiple product lines and families. With a sound understanding of product management, marketing and delivery you will be capable of influencing and communicating at all levels and skilled in managing multiple projects.



With a proven ability to lead a team, you will be a strong collaborator who is pro-active, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships. A relevant Bachelors degree or Project Management qualification would be hugely advantageous to your application.
