Head of Operations

OA Executive is pleased to have partnered with one of our favourite innovative and progressive property clients looking for a dynamic Head of Operations to join the team.

Are you from a sales operations background? Are you analytical, numbers and process driven and highly ambitious? This role might be for you.

Your main goal in this role is to improve end to end conversion of the customer purchase funnel by improving operations, processes and systems.

In this role you will need to:

  • Identify weaknesses and make recommendations for changes in operations across the teams to make this customer journey more efficient and effective

  • Provide actionable insights from commercial analysis and data-modelling to help teams around the company deliver improved results

  • Track company performance against KPI and provide guidance on corrective action where necessary

  • Set out a clear, numbers-backed strategy to improve business performance

  • Create specific, controllable tactics / plans to deliver against this strategy

  • Assist with optimal monetisation of purchase funnel and lead diversion

  • Drive productivity by simplifying and automating processes

  • Drive adherence to the customer journey processes

  • Maintain sales forecasting quality and integrity

  • Maintain and optimise lead/opportunity pipelines

  • Update policies, procedures, training manuals, and resource material

  • Build solid stakeholder relationships with all colleagues across the business

  • Support teams around the business creating proposals for new activity plans

  • Provide market insights and act as a trusted advisor, sharing knowledge and best practice across the teams

  • Work with Head of Sales to manage predictive dialling strategy

  • Management of a predictive dialler

  • Management of Salesforce administrator's work flow
