JOB TITLE: Graduate* HR Coordinator

HOURS: 09.00am-17.30pm


START: ASAP - Willing to wait notice period


SALARY: £30,000-£35,000* Depending on experience + Annual Bonus!


LOCATION: Walking distance from St Paul's and Bank station. This role offers hybrid remote working.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Act as the first point of contact for all candidates and take responsibility for onboarding and talent acquisition administrative support

  • Data analysis via Excel

  • Support with the entire onboarding process from accepted offer through to the end of the probation period

  • Contribute to the designing of digital onboarding processes on Jobvite

  • Designing and building reports and dashboards on Jobvite

  • Support the team with system maintenance through the reviewing of notes and completing testing

  • Assisting with the development and improvement of the recruitment process

  • Compiling reports for hiring campaigns



SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Experience within HR or Recruitment is desired

  • Administration experience is a must

  • A positive and approachable nature

  • Incredible attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task in a challenging and fast-paced environment

  • Thrive in a fast pace and change drive environment of continuous improvement

  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality by keeping sensitive information secure

  • Ambitiously take on new assignments to support your co-workers and team
