£25,000-£27,000 *DOE plus Annual and Monthly Bonus Scheme


Walking distance from Fenchurch Street Station & Bank Tube Station


Duties:



  • Supporting 3 successful consultants with daily administrative tasks

  • Liasing with executive level candidates via phone, email and Linkedin

  • Networking and candidate management

  • Extensive inbox management and diary coordination

  • Coordinate and work closely with the consultants and administration team

  • Reporting and analysis of data - recording on Excel

  • Running reports and maintain accurate records


Requirements:



  • Educated to degree* level or equivalent

  • Someone who has a keen interest in current affairs

  • Experience of working within a professional services environment

  • Previous administrative experience is ideal however not essential

  • Someone who is naturally inquisitive with a confident and professional approach

  • Someone excellent attention to detail and keen to learn and develop their career
