Location: City of London!

Hours: 9:00am-5:30pm

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Arrange meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments

  • Manage correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail

  • Assist in planning and arranging events, including organising catering

  • Photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed

  • Manage outgoing post and records data on special deliveries

  • Answer phone calls and transfers them as necessary

  • Maintain database by entering new and updated information.

Skills, Experience & Attributes Required:

  • Educated to a graduate* level

  • Organised with the ability to adapt and prioritise

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise at all levels

  • Experience within an Administration role

  • Pro-active, professional and enthusiastic personality

  • MS Office, strong communication and prioritisation skills

  • Outstanding communication, time management and organisation skills
