Role: Immediately Available Graduate Administrator


We are currently supporting our client with several roles during a project that will support the company through a period of growth and transformation.


This is a perfect opportunity for someone who has recently graduated and looking to take the first steps into administration roles within an exciting organisation. The role will start this week and take you right up to Christmas so will be the perfect opportunity to earn money towards Christmas or to start building on your current experience.


Our client is eager to speak to candidates who are eager to learn, positive and hardworking! The role has a wide range of tasks that will need to be carried out so you will need to be proactive, adaptable and dedicated in order to be successful.


JOB TYPE: Temporary - Available Immediately - You must be available immediately if you apply for this role


HOURS: 09.00am - 5.00pm


SALARY: £12 -£13per hour


LOCATION: London

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Supporting Team Leaders with accessing information on previous system and moving across relevant information to new System

  • Loading CVs on HR data base

  • Updating candidate information for both client and HR records

  • Reaching out to prospect employees on Social media



SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:


Accuracy and attention to detail.



  • Good practical understanding of information systems and applications.

  • Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.

  • Ability to work well with figures.

  • Ability to work in a team.

  • Interest in HR and development of skills in this area.

  • Flexible and organised approach to work.

  • Able to work comfortably with competing priorities.

  • Ability to understand and process high volumes of information

  • Ability to prioritise customer needs, provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly to all stakeholders

  • Previous experience of working in an administrative function

  • Proven use of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.

  • Understanding of issues surrounding confidentiality
