JOB TITLE: Team Admin - IT department
COMPANY: well known law firm
HOURS: 9:00am-18:00pm Monday to Friday - HYBRID
START: Immediate start!!
SALARY: £25,000-£26,000

We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic candidate looking to kick start their career! The Team Administrator will support the IT team with administrative work, ad-hoc project tasks and all-round team organisation, so that the IT Team can help delivery first class support to the business.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



* Organise meetings, create agendas and minute any actions/outcomes
* Organise team events and arrange travel requirements
* Provide administrative support for the team
* Manage deliveries, orders, and log equipment as assets on IT service management tool
* Ensure that policies are reviewed and updated where required
* Collate team messages for internal comms
* Complete regular equipment audits and main stock levels
* Maintain good working relationships with 3rd party suppliers providing support around orders and billing
* Maintain accurate license records
* Help maintain an accurate asset database
* Help with compliance with data subject access requests
* Suggest improvements and bring innovative ideas to the team

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

* Excellent customer service skills with a strong desire to help people
* Organised and methodical, with a keen eye with attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Able to effectively manage urgent issues, and can escalate/ triage quickly
* Proven multi-tasking and prioritisation skills, able to balance service desk tickets and project work
* A good understanding of business productivity software packages e.g. Word and Excel
* Demonstrable awareness of client confidentiality, information security and data protection
* Knowledge of Project Management software
