JOB ROLE: Online Operations Executive

JOB TYPE:
TEMPORARY - to finish in March 2023

Our client is looking for a empathetic and experienced customer service exec to join the team to support their day to day operations.

HOURS:
9am - 6pm

SALARY:
£14.42 (equivalent of 30K)



LOCATION:
Hybrid/Flexible Working Nearest Tube: Haggerston

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Receiving customer enquiries online and actioning and resolving

  • Replying to email queries about company products and services

  • Answering phone call queries about different services

  • Always provide an outstanding customer service to all clients

  • General administration duties when required

  • Supporting existing customers when discussing other services company can provide

  • Walking customers through services and processes to help resolve issues for them

  • Update CRM systems and update customer's progress of their cases

  • Reviewing and updating customer requests and changes

  • Any other ad hoc duties


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • A genuine passion for supporting social changes and joining the company's social mission!

  • Emotionally supportive and empathetic when speaking and handling all complaints

  • Positive can-do attitude, willing to jump in on any task however big or small

  • High attention to detail and super organised

  • Collaborative team player, able to take direction when required and work off own initiative when appropriate

  • Great customer service experience
