SALARY: £12.31 (£24,000 salary equivalent)

Are you a graduate* looking to gain experience in the working world? Our client is looking for a super bright and enthusiastic candidate to support with the day-to-day running of the studio. DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Keeping studio tidy and well-maintained including meeting rooms, breakout areas, kitchen. This includes cleaning away meeting rooms after meetings have finished, putting the dishwasher on and emptying it throughout the day, and generally keeping an eye on the studio.

  • Maintaining office supplies - cleaning materials, stationery and

  • groceries, ensuring we are getting competitive costs from suppliers.

  • Overseeing office utility suppliers. Management of office cleaners.

  • Arranging and overseeing repairs and refurbishment of premises as required.

  • Oversee reception, answering the mainline phone, answering the door, taking receipt of deliveries and ensuring all visitors are warmly welcomed.

  • Arrange company events including exhibitions, parties.

  • Maintaining Health and Safety standards/policies.

  • Fire Warden and First Aider.

  • Organise all travel booking, ensuring relevant insurances and visas are arranged.

  • Booking meetings


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Experience in an organisational role where effective multi-tasking is key.

  • Friendly, enthusiastic and able to think proactively.

  • Ability to thrive under pressure.

  • Delivery focused i.e. you can make things happen, even with time constraints.

  • Quick to learn and ability to think on your feet.

  • Familiar with Microsoft and Mac OS.
