Office Angels are currently recruiting for an Information Manager to join a not-for-profit organisation based in Manchester City Centre.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Provide governance advice to the board, chair and other senior figures

  • Work with heads of finance, risk and resources to ensure competing priorities are managed

  • Facilitate investment panel meetings

  • Work alongside external stakeholder effectively

  • Develop role specifications for the appointment of new trustees and committee members

  • Manage and advise on budgets

  • Proactively manage any risk

  • Continue to strive for equality and diversity within governance

  • Line manage a small team

Previous experience of a governance role within the public sector/not for profit is essential along with experience of working with a governing board and trustees.

You must have excellent legislative knowledge, attention to detail and strong communication skills and experience of recruiting for board appointees in addition to line management experience.

Salary: £36,360

Full home hours, flexitime

26 days holiday
