Governance and Compliance Administrator

Salary: £29,400 depending on experience

Location: West Hull

Permanent, Full-Time

Office Based

Proposed Start Date: November/December

An exciting, rare opportunity has arisen to support the Governance and Compliance Manager within the private healthcare sector. This role will be a fantastic opportunity for those with experience in administration who want to specialise in Governance and Compliance.

The role:

  • Supporting the Hospital Director, the Director of Clinical Services, and the Clinical Governance

  • Manager in the distribution and liaison arrangements for information, including data input/cleansing analysis, presentation and report writing

  • Support Governance administrative functions

  • Minute Taking

  • Monitor trackers and processes within the organisation

  • Statistical data collation, reporting and prepare information for presentations

  • Quality control of documents and local policies

  • Monitor, prepare and collate evidence in relation to incidents/ adverse events, investigations and keep Root Cause Analysis action plans up to date

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Highly computer literate with advanced knowledge of MS Office including Microsoft excel

  • Administration and minute taker to a high standard

  • Previous governance experience

  • Healthcare experience is desirable

  • Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure in order to meet deadlines

  • Prepare and draft reports and presentations

  • Excellent attention to detail - monitor various different trackers and action plans

  • Highly proactive, a strong team player with strong customer service ethic and good interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under own initiative with diplomacy, confidentiality, and tact
