An exciting opportunity for an Operations Executive to join a premier global sports management consultancy firm at their stunning offices.



JOB ROLE: Global Operations Executive


INDUSTRY: Sports Management Consultancy


SALARY: 35k


LOCATION: West End



DUTIES INCLUDE:



  • Responsible for the overall operations of the London office to include management of relationships with all service providers.

  • Manage office facilities/building management/First Aid/Fire Warden

  • Manage hardware for joiners and leavers (office keys, laptops, etc.)

  • Manage and organise all necessary office equipment, furniture, supplies etc.

  • Assist with the office plan to identify right long-term solutions (e.g. office move for 2023 and beyond)

  • Manage and coordinate office relocation

  • Manage and keep current internal systems and management reporting using CMAP

  • Coordinate office team meetings, company offsite and relevant large scale client meetings / workshops

  • Co-ordinate with the global operations team to support with regional offices administrative requirements

  • Support with any global administration requirements as required by the operations team

  • Oversee and manage the health insurance coverage requirements, new registrations, additions, cancellations. Etc.

  • Assist with the administration of the renewal process for all company insurance

  • Understand firm systems (PeopleHR, ATS, SharePoint) and provide general support on how to use them (as needed)

  • Experienced user of SharePoint / O365 for systems operations
