Office Angels are currently recruiting for a German Speaking Customer Service Administrator for our client based in Wokingham.

Role: German Speaking Customer Service Administrator

Location: Wokingham

Salary: up to £29,000 per annum

Hours: 7:30am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday

**Due to the nature of this position, this role is office based in Wokingham five days a week**

The Role:

  • Handling customer enquiries from both Germany and the UK by telephone and email

  • Resolving customer queries around pricing, stock and invoicing

  • Managing customer expectations and handling any issues that may arise with delivery/shipping

  • Sales and service order entry

  • Assisting in the warehouse in times of absence/annual leave

  • Assisting with all goods inwards and booking in stock

  • Issuing of stock including recording and checking lot numbers, expiry dates and serial numbers

  • Taking on ad hoc admin duties when required

  • Responsible for courier receipts and collections

The ideal candidate:

  • Fluent in German and English, both written and oral

  • Previous customer service experience is beneficial

  • Team player

  • Excellent telephone manner

  • Passionate about providing first class customer service

  • Flexible
