Permanent Front of House / Senior Administrator


Office based, Esher, Surrey


Up to £27,000 depending on exp.


Required: Working days/ hours: Monday - Friday 9 - 5:30 pm


(Either two evenings a week at 11 - 8 pm or a Saturday at 9 - 5pm additionally weekly)

Overview:


Our client owns award winning clinics in the UK that specialise in aesthetics, product sales and consultation.


If you are a confident, sociable individual that has previously worked in a clinic, please see below details:


Delighting Clients



  • Consider every client as an individual and treat them as you would want to be treated to ensure they experience the best client journey possible

  • Act as the first and primary point of contact for all client enquiries whether face to face or via telephone

  • Introduce yourself by name and role and ask what you can help with - do not make assumptions

  • Ensure suitability questions are asked prior to booking a client's appointment

  • Ensure clients appointments are booked making the most effective use of time i.e. not leaving gaps between appointments

  • Offer clients suitable refreshments upon arrival and inform them of the location of any amenities whilst in the clinic e.g. toilets, water machine

  • Provide clients with the associated paperwork needed upon arrival to the clinic and provide any assistance necessary in order to complete the information accurately and without concern


Developing People



  • Attend annual mandatory training sessions in order to comply with CQC regulations

  • Attend suitable internal and external training courses as agreed with your Clinic Manager in order to develop your skills and abilities

  • Complete e-learning courses within appropriate timescales

  • Assist with the training of new employees
