Office Angels currently have an exciting opportunity for a Front of House Host to join our client, who is based in Boldon. This is initially a temporary contract, with the view to ideally becoming permanent for the right candidate fairly quickly!

As Front of House Host you will be responsible for managing the full, front office function of a busy and thriving business; representing the company in a professional manner front of house, combined with general front office and general admin tasks.

You will be joining a very successful, modern company who are experts in their field. Based in Boldon, their spacious office is based in a great location close to public transport links and Boldon leisure park. Free on site parking is also available outside of the office!

This is an urgent role starting ASAP so you must be available to start work immediately.

Hourly rate: £19,000 - £20,000, depending on experience

Working hours: 9am-5pm, Monday - Friday, 30 minute lunch break each day


  • First point of contact representing the company front of house

  • Greeting visitors and notifying relevant staff

  • Answering incoming calls and passing on accurate messages

  • Managing incoming and outgoing post

  • Managing office appointments and meetings/meeting rooms

  • Ensuring the Front of House are is tidy

  • Preparing meeting rooms

  • Ordering lunches for meetings and arranging catering

  • Ordering office stationary

  • Ensuring refreshments

  • General administration tasks

Skills, experience, and attributes required:

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Front of house experience is desirable, strong communication essential!
