Front of House Desk Manager

Do you like the sound of an active Admin Front of House role?


This is not your average administration role, you will be working in a Hospitality infused Office working environment. Some of your duties will include answering calls, sorting deliveries, setting up meeting rooms, organising social events as well as covering the reception. No two days will be the same. You will be working in modern offices in Central Bournemouth.



Job Purpose: to maintain the administration and facilitate the running of the office


ROLE: Front of House Desk Manager


SALARY: £20K


LOCATION: Central Bournemouth


ROLE TYPE: Temporary to Permanent (Please be aware this role is to start immediately, so you will need to be available with no notice period)


HOURS: 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday

Duties include: General admin duties, answering calls, meet and greet, looking after the office doing what is required e.g. filling the coffee machine, setting up meeting rooms, clearing tables, moving desks, taking deliveries. This is not your typical sitting at a desk all day, you will be on your feet for the majority of the day, so if you are looking to achieve your 10,000 steps a day, this role will enable you to achieve that!
