Office Angels are currently recruiting for a French Speaking Sales Support Specialist for our client based in Bracknell.



Role: French Speaking Sales Support Specialist



Location: Bracknell (hybrid working offered)



Salary: £32,000 per annum




The Role:



As Inside Sales Specialist you will support the business and customers by managing daily sales and cash management related matters, which will in turn improve the customer satisfaction level and enhance the customers' experience.



  • The commercial contact point for distributor accounts and named customers for daily sales or post sales related topics

  • Partner lead for claim management, sell out data review and management, stock rotation tracking, Pricing analysis, Invoice Analysis and tracking channel MDF / BER activities; Stock Analysis / Planning (distributor level)

  • Provide supply management reporting for named accounts

  • Track progress with assistance of Central Admin team for credits and debits, returns and order tracking

  • Generate WFS requests; SAP and Excel reports for specific enquiries

  • Overtake planning activities to ensure availability of products according to customer's demand. Using the required internal planning tools for such tasks for agreed accounts

  • Troubleshoot issues with the customer as they arrive on an ad hoc basis

  • Control account status including finance topics covering cash management (such as overdue payments; settlement discounts)




The ideal candidate:




  • Relevant experience in sales or sales support functions would be beneficial

  • Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken

  • "Customer-comes-first" attitude

  • Understanding and know how in planning, sales, development, or administrative processes desirable

  • Understanding of planning, analyses, and administration techniques and how to apply this to their work would be advantageous

  • Experience in technical or financial data analysis and controlling procedures would be beneficial

  • Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft packages would be valuable
