French speaking Customer Service Administrator


Office Angels are partnering with a leading Manufacturing company based in Southampton in their search for a French speaking Customer Service Administrator to start ASAP. This is an ongoing temporary role with opportunities of a permanent position.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with customers in France and setting up accounts

  • Ensuring all administration is completed on time and is compliant

  • Assisting with general account queries through telephone and email

  • Resolving customer complaints

The client is seeking someone who is fluent in French, is an excellent communicator and has previous experience in providing outstanding customer service and is a confident user of Microsoft office suite.
