We have an exciting opportunity to work for a global brand as part of their existing team as a French Bi Lingual Customer Service Administrator to work Hybrid based in Whetstone, You will work Monday - Friday office hours working 40 hours a week however my client can offer some flexibility on start and finish time once your training is completed you have the option of working 3 days at home and 2 in the office and the office does have parking.

As the French speaking Bilingual Customer Service Administrator your duties are listed below

  • Souring and quoting

  • Order processing and expediting orders

  • Booking in goods when needed.

  • Dealing with customer queries,

  • Speaking to suppliers overseas using language skills

  • Negotiating prices to obtain price savings

  • Arranging collections and deliveries.

  • Using in house ERP system.

  • General administration

  • Updating spreadsheets including quote logs and payment logs

To be successful as the Bilingual Customer Service Administrator we are looking for the following

  • Strong numerical, verbal and written skills

  • Good communication skills and the ability to liaise confidently with suppliers

  • Good negotiation, project management and problem solving skills.

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
