French Speaking Helpdesk Administrator
£24,000 per annum
Chelmsford, Essex
Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours (Shifts between 7am-5:30pm)


*MUST be fluent in French, both written and verbal*

Our client, a highly successful business based in Chelmsford is seeking a French Speaking Helpdesk Administrator to join their team on a 12-month maternity cover basis.


This role includes, but is not limited to:



  • Answering inbound customer calls and responding to client issues related to a specific product, ensuring quality support to customers in line with defined SLA's

  • Responding to emails enquiries in a timely manner



  • Supporting wide customer base in both English and French language.

  • Ongoing process improvements to increase the effectiveness of the helpdesk.

  • Assisting in the management and delivery of product training and training materials.



  • Logging calls onto the call tracking system documenting information exchange which took place during the call

  • Researching and resolving client issues via phone and email, assuring that the customer receives an appropriate response and that each issue is closed accordingly

  • Enrolling customers onto the system

  • Updating and maintaining the client database

  • Translating documents from English to French when required

  • Updating knowledge on new features of the product



The ideal candidate:



  • Must be fluent in both French and English

  • Must have office-based customer service experience

  • Zendesk experience ideal, not essential
