French Customer Service Administrator

French Speaking Helpdesk Administrator


£24,000 per annum


Chelmsford, Essex


Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours (Shifts between 7am-5:30pm)


*MUST be fluent in French, both written and verbal*

Our client, a highly successful business based in Chelmsford is seeking a French Speaking Helpdesk Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.


This role includes, but is not limited to:


� Answering inbound customer calls and responding to client issues related to a specific product


� Responding to emails enquiries in a timely manner


� Logging calls onto the call tracking system documenting information exchange which took place during the call


� Researching and resolving client issues via phone and email, assuring that the customer receives an appropriate response and that each issue is closed accordingly


� Enrolling customers onto the system


� Updating and maintaining the client database


� Translating documents from English to French when required


� Updating knowledge on new features of the product


The ideal candidate:


� Must be fluent in both French and English


� Must have office-based customer service experience
