Oa Liverpool Street are pleased to be partnering with a tax and audit specialist in search of a French and English speaking Receptionist. Their clients are based across the UK and France and so outstanding communication and fluency in French and English is paramount and essential.


This role encompasses traditional reception duties, as well as administration support to the Practice Assistant. This role will be best suited to someone who genuinely enjoys providing the best experience for their team, keeping the office in order and delivering first-class service to clients.


DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:


Reception Duties



  • Answering the phone in both French and English

  • Looking after clients visiting the premises

  • Opening the post - registering it on Excel - handing it out to relevant staff members/departments

  • Arranging couriers

  • Copying/scanning and filing all documents arriving and leaving the building

  • Controlling allocation of swipe cards, cable locks and office keys

  • Enabling swipe cards for staff members

  • Booking meeting rooms, providing refreshments and ensuring rooms are clean and tidy


Administration Duties



  • Checking over documents for correct format and information

  • Weekly filing - hard copies in physical folders

  • Chasing clients for signed engagement letters

  • Managing office supplies including weekly stationary top-up

  • Checking supply levels in each of the 3 kitchens on a daily basis

  • Distributing/collecting documents to/ from both partners offices twice a day

  • Social events organisation 3 - 4 times a year

  • Organising lunches for meetings when required

  • Occasional travel bookings for the Partners


KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:



  • Fluency in French and English is essential

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Proactive and methodical working style
