Do you want a full remote data entry role, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday?



JOB ROLE: Translator / Data Administrator


COMPANY: Advertising Technology company


HOURS: 40 hours per week, Mon to Fri (8-16:30 or 7-15:30) must be able to work UK Bank Holidays.


SALARY: £23k


LOCATION: Home based!

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:


Identifying relevant advertising from a variety of media, including Television, Radio, Press and Digital platforms.


Monitoring adverts for content, identifying and cataloguing key details for clients to use to improve their own media campaigns and monitor competitor activity.


Providing summary or full translating of the adverts from source language to English, by client request.


Working as part of a team to ensure all departmental deadlines are met.


Work to reach and exceed agreed targets for both productivity and quality to enable the team to meet all SLA agreements.


Providing cover within the departments or other areas of the business as required.


Liaise with other departments within the company to ensure quality and consistency is maintained.


Make proper use of company systems


Any other reasonable tasks required by the company at any given time.



SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • High focus on attention to detail

  • Delivery focused

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent data entry skills

  • Good basic numeracy skills

  • Good understanding of the Google suite

  • Fluent in English as well as the specified language for the role. Additional language skills are always a bonus so please state all language(s) and proficiency level(s) on your application.

  • Demonstrate both strong results focus and sensitive people skills

  • Professional and informal

  • Be flexible, contractual hours state the need to be flexible to work between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday and between 8am and 4.40pm on weekends. (If weekend working is required)

  • May be required to work some UK Bank Holiday days in line with department shift rotas. Additional payments may be paid for working Bank Holidays
