Office Angels have partnered with a market-leading company who are seeking a First Line IT Support Engineer to join their growing team.

Role: First Line Support Engineer

Salary & Benefits: Up to £28,000pa + 26 days holidays plus bank holidays, free parking, health scheme

Location: Chesterfield

Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:45am-5pm & Friday 8:45am-4:30pm

Contract: Permanent


  • Work closely with on site and remote colleagues to determine and diagnose hardware and software issues

  • Provide assistance and solutions to rectify issues

  • Act as first point of contact for systems support

  • Assist the Head of IT with maintenance of infrastructure

  • Support with projects / process improvements

What you will need to succeed:

  • Previous experience in an IT support role is essential for this role

  • Experience using multiple systems including Windows 10 / 11, Azure, Windows Server, VoIP, SAP & more

  • Experience with social media platforms or digital marketing including Photoshop or Illustrator would be a distinct advantage
