AMAZING EA OPPORTUNITY! An incredible new role has become available in the City of London for a global company located in stunning offices!


My client is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant who is motivated, conscientious who can take on the required duties to a high standard and provide exceptional support the CFO. We are looking for a candidate who has supported at senior level ideally within Financial Services or Insurance. The chosen candidate will be exceptionally bright, forward thinking and have the confidence and motivation to the an outstanding support.


Salary: £40,000-£45,000 Dependant on experience
Hours: 09.30-17.30
Start Date: ASAP however will wait for the right candidate
Location: City of London



  • Provide executive support to the CFO

  • Extensive diary and calendar management

  • Inbox management

  • Initiate appropriate communications with team leaders and clients and liaise where necessary

  • Organise corporate events

  • Assist the CFO in managing and ensuring regular communications with all team leaders

  • Organise and book travel and accommodation for the CFO

  • All adhoc administrative tasks where required


Skills & Experience



  • A strong education is required however a degree isn't essential. Experience and personality are key!

  • A candidate who is professional with a proactive and forward-thinking demeanour

  • Works well under high intensity situations and understands the pressures of supporting someone at senior level

  • The candidate will have excellent MS office skills especially Excel, they must have an excellent eye for detail and an excellent work ethic

  • Maintains confidentiality, financial propriety and personal conduct and endeavours to maintain integrity at all times

  • Take responsibility for own learning and development and has a strong desire to develop within the company
