Financial Services Administrator

Dynamic, articulate and career driven Administrator required for a fantastic opportunity that offers training and development within a financial services company based in Taunton, Somerset.


JOB TITLE: Financial Services Administrator


HOURS: Permanent, full time, Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm.


SALARY: Circa £18,000-£20,000 dependant on experience. The company offer annual salary reviews and company bonuses.

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Assisting the paraplanners and advisers with preparing for meetings

  • Dealing with client calls and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Providing office support with post, emails and telephones.

  • Processing new business applications.

  • Product research.

  • Drafting letters, typing emails and general correspondence.

  • Stationary orders, and general office upkeep.

  • General Administration and support as required.


WE WOULD LOVE TO SPEAK TO CANDIDATES WHO HAVE:



  • Previous office experience.

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Organised with a good work ethic

  • Excellent communication skills and client care abilities.

  • Ability to work well within a small team.

  • Polite, professional and presentable working attitude with clear and articulate telephone manner.

  • Good education background.
