Financial Planning Administrator


We're looking for a Financial Planning Administrator to join our client's team in Poole.


This is permanent role, due to start in June 2022.


£25,000 - £30,000 per annum.

What you will be doing…



  • Supporting the administrative duties such as, various propositions & service arrangements

  • Managing client enquiries and planning correspondence

  • Supporting the financial advisors

  • To work in partnership with other UK branches

  • Assisting in product research and information gathering

  • Processing new business applications and checking all compliance aspects


To be successful in this role you'll have…



  • Previous Financial Planning experience

  • Strong Customer Service & IT skills

  • Knowledge of Intelliflo (preferable)

  • Ideally, CISI / CII Level 3 or above
