JOB TITLE: Financial Assistant
SALARY: £25,000 to £26,000 per annum
HOURS: Monday - Friday, 37 hours per week

Office Angels are excited to be working with a manufacturing company based in Buckingham, in their latest recruitment of a Financial Assistant, to join their friendly team on a 3 month full time contract.
- Accurate processing of invoices in the SAP system; coding of invoices to general ledger and the co-ordination of the authorisation and booking of those invoices.
- Being responsible for the entry to and reconciliation of AR & AP ledgers, cash book, banks, petty cash, credit cards, expenses, payment runs.
- Assisting with interim & year end audit and the provision of required documentation.
- Ensuring the Sales Ledgers are tidy in preparation for weekly/monthly statement runs and highlighting any issues to the Manager.
- Ensuring suppliers are paid within their terms each month and that a remittance advice is sent to back up any payment where required.
- Ensuring all bank payments are raised accurately and timely.
- Ensuring all communication methods are efficient and effective, like answering the phone quickly and replying to e-mails in a timely manner.
- Meeting deadlines.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Ideally be studying towards AAT or qualified by experience.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise the workload.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Able meet deadlines and work with a team environment.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Experience in SAP highly preferred.
