Finance & HR Assistant


Finance and HR Administrator - brand new role due to company growth

Lingfield (driver required due to location)

Monday - Friday (8am-4pm, or 9am-5pm)

Supporting the Finance & HR Manager in this growing business, you will be assisting with both finance and HR functions, completing a variety of duties. This role will be a fantastic 'number 2' who will learn all aspects of the role:

  • Weekly invoicing and chasing up overdue invoices

  • Data input for creating financial reports for the Directors

  • Adding bills to the accounts system

  • Raising purchase order numbers

  • Completing research tasks on behalf of the office manager

  • Assisting in the production with policies and procedures

  • On boarding and off boarding members of staff

Using your strong numerical skills, excellent attention to detail, organised and methodical nature and ability to work to deadlines - this role will offer you a great opportunity to learn and develop.

Naturally you will have strong IT skills, preferably with experience of using MS Excel.
