Finance Assistant - part time
Monday - Friday 15 hours per week
Immediate start
Temp to Perm opportunity

Primary Duties and Areas of Responsibility;

  • Processing of purchase orders, invoices, and credit notes

  • Setting up new suppliers

  • Performing supplier statement reconciliations

  • Sending out remittance advices

  • Raising sales invoices and credit control

  • Accurately recording income received each week

  • Monthly bank reconciliation

  • Assisting Finance team with all filing and administration

  • Record keeping

  • Dealing with supplier queries

  • Posting journals

  • Assisting Finance Officer with ad-hoc duties when required

  • Providing administrative support during quarterly management accounts and year end accounting
