Our client is looking for a junior finance assistant to join their London offices.

The role would be covering all elements of financial control, the successful candidate will provide assistance with the reporting whilst also facilitating the day-to-day support.

Pay Rate: £12.50 - £14 per hour

Schedule: Hours/Days: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Fri 9am to 5pm.

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Westminster


  • Must have FMS experience

  • Review of costs centres and report on variances.

  • Travel spends tracking.

  • Invoice processing and control procedures including full authorisation process.

  • Assist with month end close and reporting, including preparation of month end adjustments.

  • Assist with auditor queries at year-end.

Person Specification

  • Diligent, thorough, with strong organisational skills

  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel

  • Comfortable working under pressure of time with ability to prioritise tasks and efficiently manage daily workload

  • Ability to analyse logistical problems and provide accurate solutions

  • Good understanding of sales processes

  • Experience in using FMS
