Finance Assistant

If yes then Office Angels would love to speak to you in regards to a finance assistant role we are currently recruiting for within West Lothian. We are looking for someone to work on a full time on a long term temporary position to cover maternity leave alongside an already thriving finance team.



The main duties of the role will be to support the management of the organisation by providing accurate recording of financial transactions and budget monitoring, set up new agreements, ensure that monthly, quarterly and annual invoices are raised on a timely basis, keep on top of new and updating agreements, Purchase Ledger invoice processing and statement reconciliation, working closely with the Finance Manager to produce Management Accounts.



If you have experience within the above duties ideally experience using SAGE, work well under pressure, have previous finance experience and work with a high attention to detail this role is for you!
