We are recruiting for a Finance Assistant to work as part of a small team based in LE12 reporting into the Finance Manager who will support you when it comes to training, as the Finance Assistant you will work Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm
As the Finance Assistant you will support the Finance Manager with day-to-day finance operations by maintaining financial systems, recording, and processing financial information, data entry and general financial administration.
As the Finance Assistant your duties are listed below
Scanning of receipts and purchase invoices

Raising Sales invoices
|
Processing purchase invoices on the company's accounting system
|
Ensuring authorisation and coding of invoices in line with company coding structure
|
Recording and coding petty cash expenditure
|
Processing of employee expense forms, and credit card expenses
|
Reconcile bank statements
|
Assist the preparation and processing of payroll
|
Assist with credit control duties
|
Assist the preparation of financial reports
|
Answer phone calls and support with general admin duties as required
|
Undertaking finance administrative tasks and providing general support to the Finance Manager as required, including deputising for the Finance Manager on an ad hoc basis
|
