Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant for our client based in Bracknell.

Role: Finance Assistant - 12 Month FTC

Location: Bracknell

Salary: £26,000 per annum

The Role:

As Finance Assistant, you will be part of the team who support the company's key finance processing which will involve:

  • Unallocated cash reconciliation

  • Daily funding payment runs

  • Bank reconciliations

  • Supporting other key reconciliations as required

  • Weekly travel and entertainment payment runs

  • New supplier/vendor/broker checks

  • Journals processing

  • Issuing invoices and statements

  • Ad hoc administration

  • Handling incoming emails, faxes and post

The ideal candidate:

  • Previous experience of working in a finance department, and in a similar role, would be beneficial

  • Knowledge of general ledger software packages and experience in Sage X3 preferable

  • Self-motivated

  • High attention to detail

  • Strong Excel skills

  • Team player

  • Excellent communicator
